HUTMEN S.A. has completely settled formal-legal status with respect to environmental protection and water-sewage disposal.  

Legal decisions and agreements:

- referring to secondary melting of non-ferrous metals or their alloys, including refining or processing recovered metals, with production capacity over 20 tons per day and to manufacture of non-ferrous metals from recovered materials by metallurgical processes:

• Integrated Permission granted by Lower-Silesian Governor No. PZ/56/2006 of 28.12.2006 (SR.II.6619/W89/4/2006) valid till 31.12.2016, with the changes specified in the Decision No. PZ 56.2/2011 of Lower-Silesian Marshal of 15.2.2011 (DM-S.IV.7650-2139/02/11)

- in the field of atmospheric emission of gases and dusts from fuel burning systems:

• Decision of Lower-Silesian Voivode No. SR.II.6610/43/2006 of 28.12.2006; in force till 31.12.2016

- in the field of producing dangerous wastes and other wastes:

• Decision of Lower-Silesian Voivode No. SR.IV.6620/74/MS/06/07 of 09.01.2007; in force till 05.01.2017
• Decision of Lower-Silesian Voivode No. SR.IV.6620/18/MS/07 of 07.05.2007; in force till 05.01.2017

- in the field of noise emission to the environment:

• Decision of the Lower-Silesian Voivodship Marshal No. DM-Ś/GI/7662-3/1-III/2008

- in the field of water-sewage disposal:

• Agreement with Municipal Water and Wastewater Company in Wroclaw concerning water supply and sewage disposal No. 328/08/07 of 18.07.2007; in force till 31.12.2008
